This playset has been pressure-washed and maintained every few years with waterproof stain. The time is here again to pressure-wash, stain and replace some deteriorated boards around the sandbox. Unfortunately for us, the children have outgrown it. Fortunately for you, the opportunity to own the largest Rainbow Playset in the neighborhood is available to someone willing to disassemble and transport to your place (after labeling every piece and part) trust me—you’ll be happy to take my advice!!
Please take a close look at the pictures before contacting us to see this Monster. Remember- it is in fair condition. You will need to replace the deteriorated boards if you plan on using the sandbox area. The integrity of the frame/structure is still good but it WILL need to be pressure-washed and stained with waterproof sealer. Price is firm due to the 1575 sq/ft of space required. Look at the price of new in photos. It is 24’ X 24’ X 14’ high in dimensions and made of high-quality cedar wood. The area necessary to fit is 45’ X 35’.
Will entertain the possibility of selling the rubber mulch along with all the rubber borders to duplicate the play area in your backyard. We purchased the mulch end of 2006 and the borders were added in 2009. The total cost was over 00 just for these items. If reasonable offer not made for them we will use to put around beds throughout yard as rubber mulch does not degrade and holds color for life.
