MARIGAUX (H. W. PICHARD STENCIL) PRO WOOD OBOE FULL CONSERVATORY 3RD OCTAVE KEY

Up for auction is a used H. W. Pichard Paris France professional granadilla wood oboe with a third octave key.
All keys move freely and the pads/corks are in fair condition. The oboe also has a left hand F key, an alternate C key, a split ring key and a Bb resonance bell key. This oboe has been shop tested and plays on older pads, which may need to be replaced soon for optimal performance or personal preference.
There are no known or visible cracks present/repaired and no bore damage exists. This oboe may have been made by Marigaux and marketed under the H. W. Pichard name, which is present on all three sections. The serial number is in the upper 60xx range, the body has scratches throughout from normal use and the tarnished keys have minor plating wear, with approximately 90% of plating intact. Included is a somewhat used and worn oboe case(is missing the handle, interior is intact and latches function as intended) and two tenon caps.
