Returns
We guarantee to repair, replace or fully refund money in the event that any equipment you buy from us fails. We may also negotiate a partial refund in certain cases if you, the buyer and we, the seller, mutually agree on those terms.
Your sole remedy in the event of equipment failure is replacement or repair of the equipment, or a refund (in part or in whole, as decided by buyer) of the amount that you paid for the equipment. We are not liable for any consequential damages. The length of the warranty is clearly stated in each listing.
We will ship your items within 1 business day from receipt of payment and provide shipping carrier tracking details for every transaction.
International buyers are always welcomed. If the shipping price isn't listed as "calculated" please contact us prior to bidding for an accurate shipping price to your country. The buyer is responsible for their own countries custom and tax fees.
All items are guaranteed to work as described for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
All items found not to be working as described must be returned with 30 days of receipt and upon verification of serial number(s). A full credit or exchange will be made based on inventory.
